1. What is the price of building film?
Normally, building film is charged per square foot. 1 square meter is about 10.8 square feet. We have a price of 49 baht per square foot to a price of 350 baht per square foot.
There are many grades and brands of film. The price depends on many factors. Expensive building film is not necessarily better than cheap film. We should consider the warranty and the features we need.
Initially, to assess the cost of each film installation, we must first know the size of each window. You can measure the width x length x number of windows without the aluminum frame. The team will evaluate the price of the film used. In general, the film has a width of 1.5 meters or 150 centimeters. Such calculations will help to obtain the optimum film size.
Usually, condos will use a film of about 50-100 sq. ft. Houses and buildings will use a film of about 100-300sq. ft. However, it depends on the actual room size.

2. How long does the film installation take?
It won’t take long. Installation area of 100-300 sq. ft. will be completed within 1 day. Condo film installation will be completed within 1-3 hours. However, it depends on the glass window area in case of factories, companies, or large-scale installations because it may take more than 1 day. If stairs or scaffolding are required, it may take longer to install the film than usual. This will require the team to re-evaluate the installation time.
3. What is the difference between black film, metalized film, and clear film??
Many people wonder how many types of films there are and what is the best. In general, films can be classified as follows:
– Black film
It has black tones and various intensity levels such as 40-60-80 film. It is suitable for people who want to reduce heat, reduce glare and need privacy.
Prices start at 65-150 baht per square foot.
– Metalized film
It is a reflective and glossy film. It offers high privacy and very good heat protection. But, it has to be careful with the opposite reflection.

– Heat-resistant transparent film

4. What kind of condo window film should be?
There are four things to consider:

Does your condo have a rule prohibiting the installation of the metalized film?
Because many condos have a rule prohibiting installing metalized film, especially building film that reflects more than 20%. Therefore, you should choose a black film that can prevent heat well.

Does your condo have a rule not to install less than 20% VLT dark film?
Some condos are not allowed to install less than 20% VLT dark film because the color is too different from other rooms.

What direction is your room facing?
If your room faces west, it will be exposed to sunlight for an extra-long time. We recommend a film with better or more intense heat-insulating quality. If your room faces the other direction, you don’t need a very dark film.

Do you want privacy or not?
Some condos are on the ground floor which does not want outsiders to see inside. Therefore, we recommend a black film or metalized film with an intensity greater than 60%. It will block vision from outsiders except for those insides.
